Shotify is made by ORNARDO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17459993), 38 Queens Road, Whitstable, CT5 2JF, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Your clipboard stays yours

What you copy goes directly between your own computers over your Tailscale network. It never passes through our servers, and we can’t see it.

What we keep

• When you buy: your email address, what you paid and the Stripe payment reference. Stripe handles the card; we never see it.
• When you activate or the app checks in (about once a day): your licence key, a code derived from the computer’s hardware ID (not the ID itself), the computer’s name, whether it’s a Mac or a PC, and the app and system version.

We use this to send your key and receipt, to stop a key being used on more computers than it allows, and to switch off a key after a refund. There are no analytics, ads or trackers in the apps or on this website.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments), Convex (licence database), Vercel (this website) and Resend (licence emails).

How long

For as long as your licence exists, and afterwards only as long as the law requires us to keep sales records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing support@ornardo.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
